RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. GENERAL POLICY

Due to the sensitive and specialized nature of our products, all sales made through ClearPath Research Supply are considered final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been processed and shipped, except in limited circumstances outlined below.


2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products that have been improperly stored or handled after delivery

  • Temperature-sensitive items that were not promptly received or refrigerated

  • Any item returned without prior authorization


3. ELIGIBLE CLAIMS (DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS)

We may offer a replacement or refund only under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong item, or

  • Your order arrived visibly damaged or compromised

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 1 day of delivery

  • Provide:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the product and packaging

    • Description of the issue

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in denial of the claim.


4. RESOLUTION PROCESS

If your claim is approved, we may, at our sole discretion:

  • Ship a replacement product at no additional cost, or

  • Issue a partial or full refund to the original payment method, or

  • Provide store credit

We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution based on the situation.


5. SHIPPING ISSUES

ClearPath Research Supply is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays or transit issues

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

If a package is lost in transit, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.


6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped

  • Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or modified


7. REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is:

  • Refused by the recipient, or

  • Returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts

We reserve the right to:

  • Deny a refund, or

  • Deduct shipping and handling fees from any eligible refund
